No, the bible doesn’t say that, and there is good exegetical reason to believe that it doesn’t prohibit same-sex committed relationships either.
I must say and I mean no disrespect nor am I trying to change you mind, but I read your “reasons why I am not a christian” the other day, and most of your reasons are based on some (IMO) very faulty understanding of scripture. Modern interpretation is not at all what you think it is. Most of what you argue turned you off is “fundamentalist” in nature and not good biblical exegesis.
I respect that you are in a place where faith seems worthless. I hope you will continue to seek. If you do, you may well find the answers you would need to return to faith. I promise you, I am exceedingly liberal and well educated (lawyer), and require faith to be logical. I demand God be logical, and I’ve managed to find all that with Christianity.
I deny not at all that there are other faith traditions that may give as much to another. God speaks to all his creation in the manner that best works for them.
Again, I seek not to convince so much as explain that you may have not seen that there are quite other ways of examining some of the issues you raised, and there are answers to many of them.

You`re just twisting the words of the Bible to say what you think they should be saying! And on what evidence exactly do you make the absolutely outrageous claim that “God speaks to all his creation in the manner that best works for them”? Did he send you an email to let you know this – or was it a text message perhaps?!!

I admit, I have not been on this webpage in a long time… but it was another happy to see It is such great topic and to avoided by so many, even specialist. I thank you to advice making people more alert of possible problems.
